This committee is responsible for building and grounds maintenance and
improvement. It plans the church clean-up dates as well
The purpose of this committee is the proper maintenance and repair of
church property and the general protection of congregational property
against loss or damage of whatever nature. The committee may do the following
things:

Make annual inspections of the church properties and equipment and
recommend to the church council needed repairs, improvements or replacements. |

Work with custodial staff on repairs, improvements or replacement
of buildings and property, and custodial needs. |
 |
Determine and establish regulations, policies and fees for use of
church property and equipment. |
 |
Plan the church clean-up dates. |
