Invite all children to join us;
Equip our students with the knowledge of when Jesus spoke
to the people, and said, “I am the light for the world! Follow
me, and you won’t be walking in the dark. You will have the
light that gives life.” (John 8:12); and Send
our children into the world to proclaim the good news of the Gospel
of Jesus Christ. |

5. We will keep hands, feet and other objects to ourselves.

We like to have ALL parents of students ages 2 (by September 1st) through
8th grade fill out a registration form which can be picked up at the Sunday
school or church office. During the month of August we offer parents who
had children in the previous year’s Sunday school program an easy
way to register by just checking off their children’s names after
verifying all of the information to make sure we have our records correct.
This is done by coming into church during church office hours or when
you attend church on Sunday morning. The registration table will be set
up in front of the church office. The easiest way to register is to click
here and download the registration form and mail it to:

Music will start on the second week of Sunday school for grades 3-year-old
through 4th grade. We like the first week free so students have a little
time to get to know their teachers and classmates. We like to have the
children arrive before 9:30 because Sunday school is only 1 hour and we
like to get started promptly at 9:30.
Offering envelopes are handed out to the children during the first and
second weeks of Sunday school. These offerings help purchase curriculum
materials, supplies, and other special needs of the Sunday school program.
Please understand that we want your child to attend regardless of your
financial contributions.
Every year we like to have the children help with a mission project. For
many years we have given to L.A.M.P. (Lutheran Association of Missionaries
and Pilots). This is a cross-cultural ministry sharing Jesus Christ with
God’s people in remote areas of Canada and Alaska. Pastors/Pilots
reach people who have little contact with other Christians by plane and
boat. The Sunday school students support this mission program by taking
an offering at their Christmas program each year.
Watch this site for future events.
